My academic journey began in education, but after taking several psychology courses in university, I quickly recognized that working closely with people—exploring their experiences, their histories, and their sense of meaning—was my true passion. This led me into the field of psychology, where I continues to bring curiosity, cultural insight, and a strong commitment to self-reflection into her work.
My therapeutic approach helps clients understand how their past influences their present and how identity, culture, and relationships shape their emotional world. I am fluent in Russian and often works with clients who prefer therapy in their native language or who are looking for a therapist who understands their cultural background.
My experience began supporting Ukrainian refugees through CIWA, who were navigating displacement and uncertainty, and working with women recovering from domestic violence.
I strongly believe in the healing power of human connection. Whether you are seeking insight, stability, healing, or personal growth, I am committed to walking alongside you with care, curiosity, and respect.
